LeAnna Harrison

Vocational Training Coordinator at CASA DE MARYLAND

As CASA’s vocational training coordinator, LeAnna Harrison works to create accessible workforce training opportunities for community members that meet market demand. She was raised in San Bernardino and El Centro, California, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014. After graduation, she studied Literature and Economics at the University of Havana in Cuba and supported the development of small businesses in Luyano, Havana. LeAnna became a member of the Baltimore community in 2017 as a middle school math teacher. She served with CASA as the workforce ESOL instructor and AmeriCorps youth education specialist from 2019-2020.
