Melissa Guzman

Chief of Finance and Operations Melissa Guzman joined CASA in 2014. She is responsible for the oversight and management of CASA’s finances, which include 20+ programs and a budget of over $9M. Melissa has over ten years of experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining CASA, she worked in public accounting as an auditor specializing in auditing and tax preparation for nonprofit organizations with varying budgets and complexities. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park Smith School of Business.
