Karla Dover

Karla Dover currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Development at Casa Lumbre, where Karla operationalizes brand development and acquisition plans for the spirits startup. With extensive experience in the industry, Karla has held various positions at Pernod Ricard, including Director of Transformation and Partnerships Director. Prior to that, Karla worked at The Absolut Company as a Coordinator. Karla has also received education from Fordham University, EHL, Emerson College, and the Pernod Ricard Leadership Academy.
