Eric Ursua

Eric Ursua currently serves as the Advocacy Coordinator at CASA of the South Plains, where leadership and organizational skills are employed to improve the lives of foster children and empower volunteer advocates. Previously, Eric held the position of TeleCloud Product Manager at Vexus Fiber, specializing in UCaaS and contributing to significant product improvements and roadmap execution. As a Territory Sales Manager at Advantage Solutions, Eric consistently surpassed sales goals while enhancing team effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Customer Advocate at Windstream Enterprise and Sales Executive Acquisition at AT&T. Eric is pursuing a Google Data Analytics Certification through Coursera and has a foundational education from South Plains College.
