Rachel Mann, MPP, is a dedicated professional with experience in child advocacy, project management, individual home support, and anti-child labor initiatives. Rachel has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Africana Studies from Smith College. Rachel founded the Ghana Mask Project, providing skills training for formerly trafficked young women and producing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Rachel has experience in leading workshops, conducting interviews, grant writing, and developing cultural literacy through immersion in Ghanaian life.
