Camilo Celis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Camilo started their career at Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas as an Academic Aide, providing support and improving students' academic performance in various subjects.

From there, they joined TES America Andina Ltda as a Practicing Engineer, where they focused on radio spectrum studies and prepared technical reports for clients.

Celis then moved on to Huawei Technologies, where they held multiple positions. As a TSD Wireless Engineer, they were responsible for handling customer cases and acting as the first point of contact. Camilo later became a LTE/UMTS/GSM Wireless Technical Team Leader and gained experience in team management, project analysis, and problem-solving. Finally, as a Wireless Network Technical Director, they defined the company's network security strategy and managed customer relations.

After their time at Huawei, Celis joined Lexmark as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for setting project scopes, capturing customer requirements, and managing project progress and budgets.

Currently, Celis is working as a Senior Systems Engineer at Casa Systems, Inc., where they apply their skills and expertise in the CANSAC division.

Throughout their career, Celis has demonstrated strong technical skills, customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.

Camilo Celis has a comprehensive education history in the field of telecommunications and project management. Camilo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas in 2013. In 2023, they will graduate from Universidad Nacional de Colombia with a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Camilo obtained the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification from Udemy in 2021, and they also hold an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services. Additionally, they completed the 5G End to End Essentials course from Udemy in 2020. Camilo has further certifications, including Scrum Master from Global TI - International Scrum Institute in 2018 and ITIL Foundation V3 from EXIN in 2014.

Camilo's additional certifications include Introduction to Cybersecurity from Cisco Networking Academy in 2022, O-RAN for 5G: The Path Forward from Keysight Technologies in 2020, the Electronic Engineer - Professional register from Consejo Profesional de Ingenierias Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, Seccional de Cunidamarca in 2013, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017.
