Carmen Pombeiro

Carmen Pombeiro currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Casa Systems, Inc. since September 2021, following a tenure at FLIR Systems where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources for Global Business Units and Talent Acquisition among other roles. Previous experience encompasses serving as Vice President of Human Resources at L3Harris Technologies and a variety of leadership positions within L3 Technologies, focusing on areas such as ethics and administration. Carmen began a career in human resources at the Mental Health Association of Greater Lowell, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, complemented by education at Emerson College.
