Jesse Chen

Jesse Chen has a strong background in antenna engineering, with experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2012, Jesse worked at Space Star Technology Co.,Ltd as an Antenna Engineer, where they conducted research, design, testing, and optimization of antennas. Jesse also took on the role of technical director for cutting-edge technology research projects. In 2014, Jesse joined Sunway Communication (Beijing) Co., Ltd as an Antenna and RF Engineer, where they continued their work in antenna design for various mobile devices. Jesse then moved on to Nokia in 2016 as an Antenna System Design Engineer, focusing on advanced antenna systems for 5G base stations. Jesse was responsible for designing LTE-A small cell antennas and overseeing the production process. In 2017, Jesse joined Smart Antenna Technologies Ltd as a Senior Mobile Antenna and Development Engineer, leading the design and development of high-performance antennas for laptops, tablets, and mini-desktops. Jesse was also involved in simulation, mechanics, material, manufacturing, testing, tuning, and vendor and customer negotiations. In 2018, Jesse held a position as a Hardware Engineer at Ventia Pty Ltd, where they were involved in test jig design and assembly, sensor testing, and antenna design and optimization for IoT devices. Jesse later joined RF Technology in 2018 as a Testing and QA Engineer, responsible for testing base station performance, troubleshooting circuit malfunctions, and programming automation tests with Python. Finally, in 2019, Jesse joined Casa Systems, Inc. as a Senior Antenna Engineer.

Jesse Chen pursued their education in the field of telecommunications engineering at the Beijing Institute of Technology from the year 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree. Later, they continued their academic journey at the same institute and obtained a Doctorate Degree in Electro-Magnetic Field and MicroWave Technology in the period from 2005 to 2012.
