Joy Hsu

Joy Hsu has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic support and business partnering. Joy is currently working as the HR Director ANZ at Casa Systems, Inc. In their previous role at Huawei, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager, leading the HR team in implementing diversity initiatives and change management practices. Before that, Joy worked at Optus as the HR Leader for NCSI Australia and Singtel Optus Pty Ltd, providing strategic support to the Senior Leadership Team. Joy also held the position of HR Manager at NCSI Australia and Singtel Optus Pty Ltd, as well as at NICTA. Overall, Joy has a strong background in HR management and strategy.

Joy Hsu has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from DLSU. Joy also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
