We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the Portuguese market

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and industry to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients

  • Increase Portfolio through identifying upselling and crosselling opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

  • Provide regular updates and reports on account activity, revenue, and growth opportunities

  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and maintain a strong network

  • Handling client retention with utmost care and attention, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved

  • Collecting feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services

  • Conducting personalised training sessions for clients, both virtually and in-person, to ensure they maximize the benefits of our platform.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales in the PropTech, SaaS, or real estate industry

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • Ability to multitask, work and focus under pressure;

  • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Empathetic, desire to help and support clients.

  • Passionate about new AI technologies.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment

  2. Written Technical Assessment;
  3. 45-min call and debrief with our Key Account Manager;
  4. 30-min call with our Business Operations Manager;
  5. Final interview call with our founder Nils Henning.
