Head of People and Culture at CASAFARI

Cátia Francisco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Cátia is currently working at CASAFARI as the Head of People and Culture, where they are responsible for aligning the People Strategy with business goals and leading the People Department. Prior to this role, they worked as a People and Culture Manager at CASAFARI.

Prior to their roles at CASAFARI, Cátia worked at Defined.ai for several years. Cátia started as an HR Operations Specialist, where they built the foundations for the HR Department and handled recruitment, onboarding, and facilities management. Cátia then progressed to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for HR operations and talent acquisition processes. Later on, they worked as a People Partner, focusing on people development practices and supporting team members to grow and excel. Cátia also served as a Business Partner for various teams such as Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Project Management.

Cátia Francisco's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
