Maria Anderson Roussakis is an accomplished product manager and sustainability leader with extensive experience in the textile and fashion industries. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Training Equipment at Casall since October 2022, Maria's expertise includes product development, assortment, and production planning. Previously, as Sustainability & Quality Manager at Casall, Maria established key targets and collaborated with management and partners to drive sustainability initiatives. Maria also held the position of Product Manager Fashion at Babyshop Group, focusing on strategy and sustainable product development for proprietary fashion brands. During tenure at Happy Socks AB, Maria advanced sustainability efforts, led cross-functional projects, and managed product strategies. Maria's professional journey includes roles ranging from product developer to junior buyer across various companies, supported by education in Textile Management and Business Administration from the University of Borås and additional studies at Linköping University and INSEEC Grande Ecole.
