Angie Mecham

Angie Mecham has worked at a variety of companies since 2008. In 2008, they started at The Canyons Resort/Talisker Corporation as the Training & Communications Manager, where they drove the creation and delivery of improved onboarding programs, on-the-job training, internal communications, and employee recognition initiatives. In 2013, they worked as an Instructional Designer at Cambridge University Press and as a Learning & Development Manager at Collins Square Hospitality Group. In 2015, they started at Allen Communication Learning Services as a Senior Instructional Designer / Performance Consultant, where they designed innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences tailored to unique audience characteristics, business needs, and strategic goals of Fortune 500 clients. In 2017, they began at Lucid Software Inc. as the Head of Product Education, where they led a team of enablement professionals to diagnose learning needs, develop relevant and engaging training strategies, and deliver educational experiences with a 90%+ approval rating from Lucidchart users across the world. In 2019, they moved to Eastern Standard as the Chief Of Staff, where they managed the day-to-day operations and optimization of the organization. Most recently, in 2020, they started at Casana as the Head of Product and Product Manager, where they owned product features through their entire creative cycle and conducted user interviews, market research, and analysis of competitors and general market trends on an ongoing basis.

Angie Mecham received their Bachelor's of Art in English from the University of Utah in 2008. In 2011, they obtained an E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In 2019, they earned a Lucidchart Essentials certification from Lucid. In 2022, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
