Cezar Steinz

Cezar Steinz is a seasoned data operations professional currently serving as the Data Operations Manager at Grupo Casas Bahia since December 2019, where responsibilities include creating the UP:AI data platform and managing multiple teams focused on architecture, MLOps, and AIOps. Cezar has held various roles within the analytics domain, including Machine Learning Operations Manager and Analytics Engineering Lead, contributing to the development of the MAGI machine learning platform and the Databox solution for client areas. Cezar's prior experience includes positions at Avanade, where collaboration on a Big Data project in the logistics sector was a highlight, and at Atento Brasil, where skills in creating a Big Data environment and business intelligence solutions were honed. Cezar holds a Master's in Project Management and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from USCS.
