Carlo Ciliberto

Carlo Ciliberto has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Project Architect at Studio Nord Architekten until May 2019. Following this, from July 2019 to October 2020, they served as an Architect Corporate Real Estate at OSA Ochs Schmidhuber Architekten, where they were involved in designing and executing projects for office buildings and urban studies, including winning two competitions. In September 2020, Carlo became the Co-Founder and CEO of hopp.team, a platform that enables a human-centric hybrid workplace culture. At hopp.team, they led the development of the company from its inception until March 2023. Currently, Carlo is working at casavi GmbH, assuming the role of Senior Business Development Manager - Italy. In this position, they are responsible for establishing Casavi in the property management industry and spearheading collaborations among stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Carlo Ciliberto has a diverse education history with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, management, and engineering. In 2021, they attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München's Entrepreneurship Center, where they pursued a specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The same year, they also participated in the Munich Global Impact Sprint certification program offered by MUST MUNICH.

In 2022, Carlo Ciliberto enrolled at the Copenhagen Business School to specialize in Strategic Management and Innovation.

Before their ventures in entrepreneurship and innovation, Carlo had a solid educational foundation. Carlo earned a Master's degree in Architecture and Construction Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Ferrara from 2012 to 2018. During this time, they also briefly studied at the Universidad del Bío Bío, focusing on City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning for a semester in 2017.

Earlier in their education, Carlo Ciliberto attended Liceo Classico "F. Maurolico," where they completed studies in Literature and Humanities for high school.

Aside from their formal education, Carlo obtained additional certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2021, they completed the Zollhof Tech Incubator program provided by ZOLLHOF – Tech Incubator.
