Santiago Gomez-Garcia is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various roles in investment management and equity analysis. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Cascada Growth since January 2024, Santiago previously held positions at Columbia Capital as an Associate and at Morgan Stanley, where roles included Private Equity Senior Analyst and Private Equity Analyst. Santiago's foundational experience includes internships at Morgan Stanley, where the Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher Scholarship was awarded, as well as positions at University of Pennsylvania as an Actuarial Science Research Assistant, West Capital Management, Santander Bank, and Televisa. Santiago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, and Management from The Wharton School and is pursuing an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business.
