Kevin Bumatay

Kevin Bumatay is currently serving as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Cascade AIDS Project and holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO), The Pathfinder Network, and Live Wire Radio. Kevin previously worked as the Finance Division Manager at Portland Bureau of Transportation and Chief Financial Officer at Ecotrust. Kevin has a diverse background in budget and finance roles, including positions at U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, US Department of Health and Human Services, and Naval Reactors. Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
