Sarah Kimball

Sarah started her journey with Cascade in 2002 as an Administrative Assistant. Sarah then transferred into the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk and was there for 14 years. Ready for a different kind of challenge, she was promoted to Assistant Manager for Administration and Operations. A year later, Sarah found her way to Human Resources moved into the role of Human Resources Manager; then VP & Director of Human Resources and now serves as Cascade’s Chief People Officer.

Sarah is grateful to be part of an organization that is dedicated to helping people. She believes people are the most important and valuable part of Cascade.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Management degree and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from California Coast University. She is a life-long resident of Lewis County and a graduate of Centralia High School (GO TIGERS!) and Centralia College.
