Ryan Williams has extensive work experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Ryan has held various roles at Cascade Designs, including Director of Strategic Sourcing, Director of Supply Chain, and Commodity Sourcing Manager. In these positions, they have developed sustainable global sourcing strategies, built relationships with suppliers, and monitored supplier performance. Prior to joining Cascade Designs, Ryan worked at REI, where they served as Sr. Materials Designer, Materials Designer, and Materials Developer. Ryan was responsible for sourcing and developing textiles for outdoor gear, ensuring they met performance and sustainability goals. Ryan also worked at Filson as a Purchasing Agent, where they handled forecasting, purchasing, and inventory control of raw materials for apparel manufacturing.
