Matthew Grutter

Matthew Grutter is a Manufacturing Engineer at Cascade Die Casting Group, Inc. with previous experience as an Automation Technician at Flex. At Flex, Matthew communicated with shift leaders, set up automation machinery, performed checks on machines and goods, repaired issues, and maintained high efficiency. Matthew also served as a team leader for a group of 3 employees and ran multiple automation machines. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
