Spencer Schultze

Spencer Schultze has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Spencer began their career as a Lead Management Intern at Freeman Group, Inc. (fgi) in 2011 before moving on to The Bank of Holland in 2012, where they served as the Commercial Credit - Credit Team Lead until 2015.

In 2015, Spencer joined BDO USA, LLP as an Audit Associate and progressively advanced to the position of Senior Audit Associate in 2017. Spencer eventually became an Audit Manager in 2019 before leaving the company in 2020.

In 2019, Spencer joined The Looma Project as the Head of Accounting and Finance, where they worked until the end of 2020. Currently, they serve as the Operations Controller for Cascade Die Casting Group, Inc., and has recently been promoted to the role of Director of Operations Finance and IT.

Spencer possesses a strong background in finance, accounting, and audit, along with experience in management and leadership roles.

Spencer Schultze completed their Master's Degree in Accounting from Grand Valley State University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics from Wheaton College between 2008 and 2012. Furthermore, Spencer Schultze has acquired the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Bureau of Professional Licensing in October 2021.
