Barbara Dusicka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Barbara began their career as an Engineering Intern at NRG Technologies in 2001. Barbara then moved on to work as an Assistant Project Engineer at Ebara International Corporation from 2003 to 2004 in the Cryodynamics Division.
In 2004, Barbara joined Cascade Energy, Inc and held various positions throughout their tenure. Barbara started as a Project Engineer from November 2004 to August 2007. Barbara then transitioned to the role of Program Engineer (Small Industrial) from September 2007 to October 2009. Barbara's responsibilities expanded as they became an Engineering Manager from November 2009 to January 2012. After that, they served as the Director of Innovation from January 2012 to April 2018.
Barbara's expertise and contributions were further recognized as they advanced to the role of Vice President of Technology from April 2018 to November 2019 at Cascade Energy, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Technology and Internal Operations from November 2019 onwards.
Barbara Dusicka holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management, which they obtained from Portland State University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to their master's degree, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Engineering (BE) with honors at The University of Auckland from 1998 to 2002. Their major during this time was in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Spanish.
