Don Flynn

Don Flynn has a diverse work experience in the energy industry spanning over several companies. Their most recent role is as the Director, Customer Engagement - East at Cascade Energy, Inc since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Northeast at Cascade Energy, Inc from December 2020 to December 2022. From 2018 to 2020, Flynn worked as the Senior Manager for non-residential programs at AVANGRID, Inc. Don has also held positions such as Director of Energy Solutions at Willdan, Senior Regional Manager - Energy Management Solutions at CB&I, and Senior Regional Manager - Energy Management Services at Nexant. Before that, they worked at TRC Companies, Inc. as the Deputy Project Manager - Energy Services and at Northeast Utilities, where they held various roles including Senior Program Administrator/Evaluator, Senior Product Development & Marketing Leader, Commercial Segment Team Leader, Senior Program Manager - Marketing & Conservation Programs, Regulatory Relations Specialist, and Planning, Cost and Estimating Analyst. Throughout their career, Flynn has been responsible for leading teams, managing projects, developing new business opportunities, and fostering client relationships within the energy industry.

Don Flynn holds an MBA degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management. Don also has an AS degree in Civil Engineering and a BS degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Business Mentor from SCORE in December 2014, Certified Energy Auditor from the Association of Energy Engineers in May 2009, and Certified Energy Manager - CEM ® from the Association of Energy Engineers in June 2007.
