Giulia Pollastri

Giulia Pollastri began their work experience as a Quality Control Engineer Intern at Philip Morris International in March 2017. Giulia later became a QC Senior Lab Analyst at the same company, where they managed laboratory tasks, conducted chemical and physical tests, and supported analytical method transfer and validation of lab equipment. In 2018, Giulia joined Eni as a Junior Process Technologist, focusing on refinery waste water treatment and steam production processes. Giulia then transitioned to the role of Process Engineer-Lubricants Plants, where they ensured product quality and optimized production through monitoring parameters, troubleshooting deviations, and coordinating with contractors. Currently, Giulia is a Project Engineer II at Cascade Energy, Inc, where they consult with industrial clients to identify energy efficiency opportunities and claim incentives from utility providers.
