Katrina Covarrubias

Katrina Covarrubias has a diverse work experience in various industries. Katrina started their career at Valley PBS, where they developed multi-channel communications strategies and managed social media and production. Katrina then worked at Community Media Access Collaborative, where they provided public relations consulting and executed branding and communications strategies.

Katrina later joined Pleasant Mattress, INC as a Sales Marketing Manager, where they developed strategic relationships with vendors/clients, implemented marketing programs, and created compelling value propositions. Katrina also worked as a Project Manager in Supply Chain Management, leading a team to improve customer satisfaction and warehouse efficiency.

At The Hub of Digital Transformation & Innovation (DXI), they served as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist, working closely with software developers to translate projects to the general public and creating press releases, articles, and videos to promote various digital projects.

Katrina also worked at Laval Entrepreneur Mentor Program as a Program Manager, providing administrative coordination and support while implementing new procedures to improve program efficiency.

Their most recent position was at Waterman Valve, LLC, where they were a Regional Sales Operations Manager and a Regional Sales Representative (California Ag Sales). In both roles, they achieved significant sales growth and optimized relationships with existing accounts through B2B relationships and providing training.

Currently, Katrina is working at Cascade Energy, Inc as an Outreach Lead.

Katrina Covarrubias obtained their Bachelor's degree from California State University, Fresno. Katrina pursued a degree in Media, Communications & Journalism, specializing in the Public Relations option. Additionally, they completed a minor in Graduate Business Preparation.
