Todd Coady has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Todd began their career in 2010 as a Project Lead for Engineers Without Borders USA, where they established a project in Mekelle, Ethiopia and managed fundraising and accounting efforts. In 2013, they transitioned to a Technology Teacher role at Rogers Herr Middle School, where they designed and taught a new technology curriculum and established a current events morning class. Also in 2013, Todd joined Cascade Energy, Inc as a Senior Project Engineer II, where they developed and managed corporate energy efficiency and sustainability programs for various clients. In their current role as NW Project Engineering Manager at Cascade Energy, Inc, Todd manages a team of eight direct reports and oversees the management of all Cascade Energy Technical Service Providers for the BPA Energy Smart Industrial program.
Todd Coady pursued higher education, starting in 2007 at Eckerd College, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics in 2010. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Washington University in St. Louis, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering.
