Kim Karr

Kim Karr has a diverse work experience in the field of programming and management. Kim started their career in 1997 as a Programmer at Dan River Inc. where they primarily worked on converting the company's ERP system and developing new software. Kim then joined Control Dynamics, Inc. in 1999 as a Software Engineer, designing and developing applications for manufacturing clients. At this role, they also acted as the network administrator and developed the company's internal project and time tracking system. In 2004, Kim became the Deputy Director at Kent County Search and Rescue, where they managed volunteers and focused on searching and rescuing missing people. Kim was also involved in training and managing the K-9 unit. Since 2011, Kim has been working at Cascade Engineering as a Principal Programmer/Analyst.
