Rich Brouckaert

Rich Brouckaert has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Rich worked as the VP of Sales - NA Automotive & Power Sports for Cascade Engineering since September 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Sales - Cascade Engineering Automotive Americas since June 2006. In these roles, they were responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and developing strategic business plans. Before joining Cascade Engineering, Brouckaert worked as the Executive Director of Sales for Dow from March 1996 to June 2006.

Rich Brouckaert has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. Rich then pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Wayne State University, completing it from 1984 to 1988. In 1995, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership for a Leadership Development program. More recently, in 2015, Rich Brouckaert studied Advanced Negotiations at Harvard University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Domestic Relations Mediation, Domestic Violence Screening Protocol, and Certified General/Civil Mediator for the State of Michigan.
