Lisa Waisath joined the CLG team as an Operations Specialist in 2019. She comes with 17 years’ experience in the field, holding positions as Business Office Director, Marketing Director, Assistant Administrator, and Executive Director and with experience in both the non-profit and for-profit worlds. Originally an Education major, her passion for training and learning has led to her certification by DSHS to train long-term care workers in WA for Dementia and Mental Health specialty courses as well as to develop continuing education curricula. She has served on multiple Committees, Advisory Groups, and Cabinets for WHCA and LeadingAge Washington and has been instrumental in producing annual conferences and presenting educational sessions.
When not at work, Lisa’s passions include cooking, reading, travelling, and family.
