Carla Crowley Earl

Carla Crowley joined the Cascade365 Family of Companies in December 2017. As director of human resources, Carla partners with business leaders and managers on organizational development and talent management to improve productivity, streamline processes and improve client and employee satisfaction. She leads with a focus on consistency and fairness and believes employee engagement and culture are directly tied to organizational success.

Prior to joining the Cascade365 Family of Companies, Carla has been the director of HR for three major law firms, Carla focused on both strategic issues and operations, including improved systems to reduce costs and optimize services. She has also been an HR consultant and project manager for a diverse group of businesses, including Salesforce, McKesson and PG&E, where she demonstrated her ability to quickly acclimate to a new business, add value and accomplish goals.

With more than 20 years as a human resources professional, Carla has led results-oriented HR departments to deliver best-in-class services throughout the United States.

Carla holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis.
