James Barker

James Barker is an experienced web designer with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently employed at Cascades Technologies, Inc. since November 2014, James serves as a web designer for the FDIC. Prior to this, James worked at Kalino LLC, where a responsive design website was developed for the Army utilizing HTML5 and CSS3, ensuring compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2 standards. Earlier experience includes a position at CACI International Inc as Webdesigner 3, responsible for maintaining AT&L websites across different networks and managing user access for other web designers. James began the career at CyberData Technologies, Inc. as a Web Designer/Graphic Artist, creating the interface design for the company website. James holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Animation and Multimedia from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, earned between 1995 and 1997.
