Marine GERARD is an experienced professional in product innovation and development, currently serving as a Senior Innovation Manager in the Specialty Packaging Group at Cascades since October 2018, leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects for diverse markets including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and away-from-home products. Previously, Marine held roles at STANDARD Products Inc. as a Project Manager focusing on new product development in the LED lighting industry, and at Papillon International Inc. coordinating product development and logistics for B2B transactions. Marine's earlier experience includes product management roles at Ideal Standard International BVBA and customer service at Colgate Palmolive. Marine holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
