Rachel Shan

Rachel Shan is currently an Analyste Financière at Cascades, having started in May 2023, where responsibilities include managing billbacks and price requests. Prior experience includes various internship roles in finance, marketing, and logistics at Cascades, as well as a logistics assistant position at ESG+. In addition, Rachel served as a project manager at Bureau de Conseil en Management (BCM) - UQAM, handling planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. In competitive environments, Rachel was recognized as Déléguée Académique for the Development of Sustainable Practices at both Fashion Spectrum and Jeux du Commerce. Leadership experience includes co-presidency at Matada.ca, aimed at supporting UQAM students, and serving as VP of Operations at PennyDrops, an association focused on financial literacy for Canadian youth. Rachel is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), expected to complete in December 2023.
