Iyanah Fuller currently serves as the Planning and Operations Administrator for Quality and Population Health at Cascadia Health, overseeing integrated health strategies and quality improvement initiatives. Previously, Iyanah worked as an Authorization Coordinator, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assist previously incarcerated individuals with severe mental illness in accessing vital healthcare services. In addition to a professional background in healthcare, Iyanah is involved in academia as the Gender Studies Symposium Co-Chair at Lewis & Clark College, where responsibilities include coordinating speaker participation and managing symposium logistics. Iyanah also holds a role as a Peer Educator for the Office of Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement, focusing on equity and diversity programming. An administrative internship at Oregon Health & Science University involved the development of a patient tracking tool for the Transgender Health Program. Iyanah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Gender & Sexuality Studies from Lewis & Clark College and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at New Mexico State University.
