Nigel Tse

SVP, Technology at Cascadia Capital

Nigel is a Senior Vice President at Cascadia Capital in the firm’s Technology practice. He has 20 years of investment banking experience providing M&A and capital raising advice to growth companies in the technology sector, in particular for enterprise software companies.

Prior to Cascadia Capital, Nigel was a Director at DC Advisory, a middle-market investment bank and subsidiary of Daiwa Securities. At DC Advisory, Nigel was Head of the HCM (Human Capital Management) software practice, and Co-head of the Customer Interaction Management software practice. Prior to joining DC Advisory and its predecessor firm Signal Hill, Nigel worked at Seven Hills, a boutique investment bank based in San Francisco that provides M&A and capital-raising advisory services to technology and healthcare companies; China Technology Venture Management (CTVM), a venture capital firm based in Asia that invests in technology companies based in Silicon Valley and Asia Pacific; and Broadview (now part of Jefferies), a technology-focused investment bank, where he started his career.

In addition to work, Nigel believes that participation in the community is a privilege and responsibility, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Chinatown Community Development Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that develops and manages affordable housing for over 4,000 low-income residents across 30 properties.

Nigel received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
