Peter Purcell

Peter Purcell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and strategic finance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Equity Capital Solutions at Cascadia since November 2025, Peter focuses on deal-by-deal capital formation for lower and mid-market buyouts and engages in GP-led continuation vehicles and strategic advisory. Prior roles include Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey and Partner at Triago, as well as various leadership positions at Stifel Financial Corp., Illumina, GE Antares Capital, and Duff & Phelps. Peter began the professional journey as a Senior Financial Engineer at Fannie Mae and holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, alongside a BA in Economics from Albion College.
