Alana Silverman

Alana Silverman has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Alana most recently worked at Cascadia Health, where they held the position of Chief People Officer from August 2019 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the people function of the organization, collaborating with the Board, CEO, and Executive Leadership to determine organizational strategy.
