Senior Director, Primary Care at Cascadia Health

Mick Nesmith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1992, they began their career at Adventist Health as a Medical Specialist, later taking on the role of ER unit secretary from 1998 to 2000. In 2012, Nesmith joined encompass urgent care as a marketing coordinator, where they focused on developing relationships within the local community. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Portland Urgent Care/Portland Wellness Care/MobilMED as a Clinical Manager and Marketing Director, emphasizing the importance of human touch in healing. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder of MobilMED, bringing urgent care services to patients at home. In 2018, Nesmith worked as the Director of Operations at LAKE GROVE ENT PC before transitioning to Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare in 2019 as the Senior Director of Primary Care.

Mick Nesmith completed their high school education at Curtis High School in University Place, Washington State from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they attended Mt. Hood Community College from 1991 to 1993. No degree or field of study is specified for either educational institution.
