Naomi Holland

Naomi Holland Scott is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in program management, clinical supervision, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Recovery Services at Cascadia Health since June 2023, Naomi develops outpatient mental health programming and oversees staff training and performance. Previous roles include Clubhouse Unit Supervisor and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist at Independence Center, where Naomi engaged individuals with severe mental illness in cooperative activities and job skills training. Experience as a Transition Advisor at St. Louis Arc involved coaching young adults on the autism spectrum in various life skills. Naomi's clinical background includes work as an Engagement and Functional Assessment Clinician and a Clinical Psychology Practicum Student at Children's Hospital New Orleans.
