Wendi Ooten, CMP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing at CASE Credit Union, where responsibilities include coordinating marketing functions and implementing strategies to enhance membership and product usage. Previously, Ooten held multiple marketing roles at Sparrow Health System, including Senior Event Specialist and Marketing Event Coordinator, successfully driving market share growth through diverse campaigns and community events. Earlier positions involved sales management and marketing strategy development at organizations such as the Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau, FLIK International, and The Adams Mark Hotel. Wendi Ooten holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing-Sales and an Associate's degree in Food Service Management from Ferris State University.

CASE Credit Union was chartered in 1936 to serve Lansing area teachers and administrators as Lansing Teachers Credit Union. From operating within Lansing High School with 180 members, today, nearly 85 years later, we serve a membership of over 45,000 members and operate seven branches throughout the Greater Lansing area, while controlling over $350 million in assets.
