Jordan Perez

Jordan Perez is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in case management and staff development. Currently serving as the Staff Development & Education Coordinator at Case Management Solutions since June 2018, Jordan has also held the position of Team Lead for the Subacute Unit during a tenure at CareRite Centers from March 2016 to June 2018. Prior to this, Jordan worked as a Case Manager and Admissions Coordinator at Regent Care Center and CareRite Centers, respectively. Jordan holds a Licensed Practical Nurse degree from Jersey College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bergen Community College.
