Joseph Licata

Joseph Licata is an experienced construction professional with 37 years in the industry, currently serving as a Construction Consultant at Casella Construction Corporation since April 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure as Senior Project Manager at CIJL Inc., where Joseph managed the construction of over 36 new homes and executed numerous residential and commercial projects. Joseph specializes in finish carpentry, architectural millwork, as well as interior and exterior finishes, acting as a third-party consultant to provide essential guidance and overcome obstacles for clients. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and a Sales Certification from NYS Real Estate, completed in December 2022.
