Alan Kennett

Alan Kennett has extensive work experience in the wine industry. Alan started their career at Miranda Wines in 1992 as a QA Winemaker and worked there until 1996. In 1996, they joined Casella Wines as the Chief Winemaker and held that position until 2000. Alan then moved to Lindemans Wines as the Winemaker Manager Karadoc from 2000 to 2002. Since 2002, Alan has been with Casella Wines again, this time as the Winery Manager.

Alan Kennett earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Sydney in 1991. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Charles Sturt University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wine Science. In 2008, Kennett participated in the Future Leaders of the Australian Wine Industry program, focusing on leadership and industry-wide strategy. In 2009, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program to further enhance their skills in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
