Billy Green

Billy Green, a Washington, DC native, has worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. He is a multi-dimensional healthcare operations leader ensuring patient care is delivered optimally and applied across the spectrum of medical practices, hospitals, non-profits, and start-up organizations. Billy upholds a BS in healthcare administration as well as an MPA from Bowie State University. Billy is currently the Senior Director of Clinic Programs where he oversees all clinic programs and operations with CASES. Billy also works with stakeholders such as NYC jails, probation, parole, social service agencies, and more by driving the agency's mission to ensure those individuals involved in the legal system have access to mental health treatment. Billy’s recent experience includes managing FQHCs, medical group practices, long-term care, and hospital-based clinics and departments. Billy loves to work with clinical leaders to monitor and manage clinical processes and maintains an exceptional level of customer service to internal stakeholders, external customers, and relationship partners. Billy also has a passion for identifying strategies for growth and executing plans to achieve growth-related goals.
