Neil Rongstad has worked in the marketing and growth space since 1993. Neil began their career at Hunter Business Group as the Vice President of Consulting and Senior Director of Customer Insight. In 2000, they moved to Rockwell Automation as the Global Manager of Growth Marketing, where they designed and implemented a best-in-class global marketing program. In 2016, they joined LinkedIn as the Director of Growth Marketing and was responsible for the planning and performance of acquisition marketing. In 2017, they moved to Snag as the VP of B2B Growth Marketing, where they defined the prioritization of Growth Marketing-related initiatives. In 2018, they joined ChowNow as the SVP of Growth, where they established a technology-forward culture of excellence within the newly created and unstructured B2B Growth Marketing, Sales Development, and Partnership functions. In 2021, they joined Casetext as the Chief Revenue Officer and SVP of Growth.
Neil Rongstad received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business and their M.S. in Marketing Analysis with a focus on Predictive Analytics from the Lubar College of Business.
