Carrie Smallman

Carrie Smallman is an experienced consultant with a career spanning over four decades in various roles within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Audimation Corporation since January 2017 and as a Consultant at Stratix Consulting since 2009, Carrie has developed expertise in business architecture, strategy and change management. Previous positions include Team Lead at CGI and Consultant roles at TD Securities and TD Wealth Management, where significant contributions were made to major technology initiatives and conversion strategies. Early career experiences include senior positions at IBM, Multipath Systems, ISM, Canada Systems Group, and MFS Multiple Financial Services, focusing on client services, project management, and software development in the brokerage industry. Carrie holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Mathematics from Western University and a CSC designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
