Dustin worked closely with other teams to deliver excellent customer service and technical solutions. Dustin was promoted to the position of senior technical analyst, where they provided level 2/3 support to other technical analysts on the service desk and collaborated with IT operations engineers, systems engineers, and network engineers to ensure top-notch service to all clients. Additionally, they served as an IT operations engineer, configuring and deploying a new Citrix environment and migrating users from the previous environment.

In 2022, Dustin took on a new challenge at Microsoft as an Azure Identity & Authentication Support Engineer. Dustin supported and resolved customer issues related to Azure identity and authentication services until February 2023.

Following their stint at Microsoft, Dustin became the owner and systems engineer at TechApe in 2022. Dustin managed all aspects of the company's operations and system engineering.

Most recently, in 2023, Dustin joined Envision IT as a consulting engineer, utilizing their expertise to provide professional advice and assistance to clients.
