Susan Farrell is the current Chief Marketing Officer at CaseWare. Prior to their current position, Farrell served as the Vice President of Marketing Ops & Demand Gen at eMoney Advisor from September 2019 to April 2022. During their time at eMoney, Farrell increased the average monthly demand volume by over 45%. Susan also implemented Eloqua as the company's marketing automation platform in order to support a complex routing design, data structure, high volume of multi-channel activities, sophisticated analytics, and provide an infrastructure that allows marketing to scale as the business grows. In 2020, Farrell successfully pivoted eMoney's annual 1,000+ attendee Summit from an in-person event to a virtual one, meeting all attendance, revenue, and engagement goals.

Before their time at eMoney, Farrell served as a Strategy Director at Athlon from September 2017 to May 2019. As a Strategy Director, Farrell was responsible for using strategic thinking to transform the way businesses operate, with a focus on marketing, brand, data, customer experiences, product positioning, and overall digital transformation. During their time at Athlon, Farrell launched strategy as an offering and in less than a year secured 4 long-term enterprise client relationships. Susan also increased traffic and application rates for a client's recruiting by updating the channel strategy, messaging, and website refresh. Additionally, Farrell created data visualizations and led key insights for a new product launch in a major US sports league.

Susan Farrell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from The College of New Jersey and a degree in General Studies from Camden Catholic.
