Xiyao(Alexa） Tang

Xiyao (Alexa) Tang is a skilled UX Designer currently working at Caseware since May 2022, following a role as a UX Specialist at the University Health Network where contributions were made to projects within the Kidney Health Education and Research Group. Previous experience includes serving as a Digital Marketing Specialist at the MIT Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization, where user research efforts resulted in a 300% growth in eight months, and as a Visual Designer at FlipTrip, focusing on accessibility and inclusivity in design. Xiyao's early career involved a position as a Marketing Assistant at TFT Group, utilizing market trends for digital media strategies. Xiyao holds a Master's degree in Human-Centred Data Science and User Experience Design from the University of Toronto, along with Bachelor's degrees in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Northeastern University and Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design, as well as an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena.
