Marissa Kaiser

Marissa Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marissa currently serves as the Sr. Director of Communications at Casey Family Programs since July 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Vroom.org from May 2013 to July 2019 as a Sr. Program Manager, focusing on early learning. Marissa also has experience as a Co-founder at 2bar Spirits from 2012 to 2017.

Before their time at 2bar Spirits, Marissa worked as a Communications Specialist at PATH from December 2009 to August 2012. Marissa also worked as a Consultant at Eos Strategic, a communications consulting firm, from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Marissa has experience as a Business Development Manager at Red Sky Blue Water from August 2008 to November 2009.

Prior to their roles at Red Sky Blue Water, Marissa served as a Project Manager at Pyramid Communications from July 2005 to August 2008, where they specialized in orchestrating large and complex projects. Marissa started their career in nonprofit program management at Digital Learning Commons from March 2003 to June 2005, where they managed tribal school relationships and communications efforts. Marissa also briefly worked as an Assistant to the Vice Provost at the University of Washington in 2002.

Marissa Kaiser attended the University of Washington from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business and majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the university's Michael G. Foster School of Business. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
